1. Contact CNL UK

Email info@cnluk.net with the subject “Feedback or Concern”. Feedback may be provided at any time. A concern should be raised as soon as reasonably possible so that the relevant records can be reviewed.

2. Information to include

Provide your full name, application or reference number where relevant, a clear summary of the matter, important dates, supporting correspondence and the outcome you are seeking. Do not send original documents.

3. Review and response

CNL aims to acknowledge a concern within three working days and provide a written response within 20 working days once sufficient information is available. Where additional time is required, CNL will explain the reason and provide an updated timescale.

4. Matters outside CNL UK’s authority

University admissions, academic, CAS, visa and immigration decisions must be addressed through the procedure of the responsible university or authority. CNL can explain the relevant route but cannot replace or overturn an independent decision.

5. Fair handling

Feedback and concerns are reviewed proportionately and on a need-to-know basis. Raising a genuine concern should not disadvantage an applicant. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or knowingly false communication may be restricted while preserving a reasonable route for a genuine matter to be considered.
